Information collected and stored automatically
All user activities are monitored for security purposes. From the information we obtain about you from your visit to the PDBTM database sites, we store only the following: the IP address from which you access the Internet, the date and time, the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site, the name of the file and parameters you enter either by the GET or POST methods, and the browser used to access our site. This information is used to monitor the number of visitors accessing the various sections of the PDBTM database site and to identify system performance or problem areas. We also use this information to help us expand the coverage of the site and to make the site more useful.
The Institute of Enzymology shall not provide this information to third party entities.
Cookies
A "cookie" is a small file that the PDBTM database server transfers to your computer's hard disk allowing our server to "remember" specific information about your session. The server of the PDBTM database employs cookies to make it easier to use the dynamic features of the Server. The cookie and the information about your session will not be destroyed after leaving the Server, it is permanently stored on your computer. You can set your browser to disable cookies or prompt you before a cookie is accepted. If you do not want to receive cookies, you will still be able to use PDBTM database, but will be unable to use cookie-dependent features. The persistent cookies are never used for tracking users' queries or navigation through the site.
